Automated Resource Management Associates, Inc. (ARMA) is seeking a Management Analyst II to support its client in the Washington D.C. and Virginia metropolitan area. The Management Analyst II will use some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments. In addition, to assisting in a variety of administrative matters. No Remote Option, Candidates must work onsite. 

Qualifications:  

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management information Systems or Business.
  • Two (2) years of Contract Management experience, to include Development of Program Acquisition, Data and Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies and procedures.  
  • Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance; Active Secret Clearance preferred.  

General Responsibilities (include but not limited to):  

  • Use some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence.
  • Select from alternative methods and refer problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures.
  • Assist in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records; verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; and handling and adjusting complaints.
  • Use thorough knowledge of an office's work and routine to choose among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactions and select or devise steps necessary to complete assignments.
  • Collecting, compiling and analyzing information and data in the preparation of reports, memoranda, and other documents.
  • Make recommendations to meet the goals of the organization's processes and procedures.
  • Make recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
