Automated Resource Management Associates, Inc (ARMA) is seeking a Program Manager to support its client in the Washington D.C. and Virginia metropolitan area. The Program Manager will be able to perform complex functional activities of projects, providing management and technical direction to project personnel. In addition, will exercise high level of analytical skill in solving non-routine technical, administrative and manageriaproblems.  No Remote Option, Candidates must work onsite. 

Qualifications:  

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management information Systems or Business.  
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in Equipment Support and Programmatic Support.  
  • Eight (8) years of Program Management experience including: Technology Assessment, Systems Designs, Acquisition and Budge Planning. 
  • Five (5) years of experience managing projects  
  • Experience managing cyber security teams for medium to large complex projects 
  • Knowledge of strategic planning for cyber security risk management 
  • Knowledgeable of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies and procedures.  
  • Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance; Active Secret Clearance preferred  

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):  

  • Help individuals with responsibilities for information system implementation or operation better understand how information security risk associated with their systems translates into organization-wide risk that may affect the mission/business success.  
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities, projects and support activities, including those of subcontractors.  
  • Oversees the development of or develops work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, major milestone calendars and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems and making recommendations.  
  • Establishes and alters corporate management structure to direct effective and efficient activities 
  • Adhere to the systems development life cycle and use of all supporting templates, dashboards and rules of engagement when working with the customer community. 
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the client to evaluate and track progress of contract performance metrics. 
  • Communicate any problems or potential problems in project performance.  
  • Plan, monitor, and control technical cost, and schedule performance of all project efforts.
