Automated Resource Management Associates is looking for a Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects and contracts with the goal of delivering every project on time, within its contract guidelines.  Candidate should also be familiar with successful recruiting processes. This position would work directly with President of ARMA and will assist with a variety of different functions essential to contract operations and business development of the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review contract compliance reporting requirements.
  • Assists with the creation and development of policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate internal processes to comply with the client's task order requirements for technical support.
  • Ensure resource availability for recruiting, hiring and onboarding for task orders.
  • Lead labor rate negotiations with subject matter experts to maintain the project within the client's budget range.
  • Offer a complete report of qualifications and experience to support the hiring process of this particular individual.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control and assurance processes in order to meet the client's requirements for each task order assignment.
  • Assists with other essential functions of the company.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Create and maintain tracking records to compile all pertinent information and document measurements and milestones for the project's progress and performance.
  • Manage multiple deadlines effectively and work with client Project Managers to ensure that all aspects of the project are handled correctly.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of all components of Microsoft Office.
  • Some HR and recruiting experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
